I am a Realtor, this is my profession and how I make my living. That being said of course I say, Bring a Realtor! I have mentioned before that I just recently bought in Port Orange New Home Construction. Below, I explain reasons why it is beneficial to you.
A large misconception people have while buying a brand new home, is if you do not take a Realtor with you, you get a better deal. This is NOT true! People rationalize this in their minds, by thinking if the builder does not have to pay the Realtor, then I can get something extra. Again, NOT true!
