The fees may also include water, building insurance , cable/satellite , clubhouse , common areas , exterior paint , lawn , pest control , pool , security , sewer , trash and water !
Is the capital reserve account healthy?
This account is like an insurance policy and pays for regular the repairs the building requires. Try to get a copy of the budget so you know it's properly funded. When a capital reserve account is poorly funded the residents are at risk for special assessment.
